Returns

PLEASE NOTE OUR WEBSITE RETURNS POLICY DIFFERS FROM OUR IN STORE RETURN POLICIES. 

Items bought in store can only be returned to stores. You will not be able to return store products via post. 

To return your item(s) bought in store for a credit note or where possible make an exchange, visit any Milano Couture store within 28 days of purchase.

 

MC Online Ltd returns policy

1. Standard returns policy
   1. If your item/s are unsuitable, you have 28 days to return them to us for a full refund. The 28 day period begins from the date your item/s were delivered.
   2. If you return your item/s outside of the 28 day return period, a refund will not be issued, and the item/s will be returned back to you.
   3. You may return goods to us by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to our returns address below:

   4. Item(s) must be returned unworn and with the tags still attached. Please note that you must bear the costs of returning goods to us if cancelling under this clause

   6. Item(s) may take up to 10 days to arrive at our returns address
   7. Refunds under this clause will be issued to you using the same payment method that you used when ordering the goods unless you specifically request otherwise. Please note that our refund processing time is 7-14 working days.
   8. MC Online Ltd does offer exchanges. Exchanges can be requested via our returns form.
2. Christmas returns policy
   1. Over the Christmas period, we have an extended returns period. Any item/s purchased on or after the 10th of November 2024 can be returned for an exchange or refund until the 10th of January 2025.
   2. Please note that we do not provide gift receipts. If you are returning an item that has been gifted to you, you must obtain a receipt or order confirmation/paperwork from the original buyer so that we can identify the transaction.
   3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used to purchase the item/s.
   4. If you require an exchange and the delivery address is different from the original buyer, please state this on your returns form.
   5. All normal terms and conditions apply. Item(s) must be returned unworn with the tags still attached, you must bear the costs of returning goods to us, and our refund processing time is 7-14 working days.
